Starters (1): Lobster bisque with mild spices Garlic and Persil Gnocchi, roasted bell pepper and goat cheese bruschetta

Starter (2): Ravioles filled with « Rougaille » tomato chutney, lemongrass and ginger reduction served on Parmesan Espuma and crispy roots

Main courses: Braised Lamb slow cooked for 7 hours BIO vegetables, arouille potatoes puree and crispy vegetables

Grilled fish fillet with chayote Fricassee with sweet garlic, local spinach, lemon chutney bell pepper coulis and roots crispy chips

Palate Cleanser: home-made sherbet Dessert: Dark chocolate mousse with sesame cake filled with creamy peanut

This menu is reserved only to Scott Smile Rewards “rewarded.

- The Menu is valid everyday excluding Valentine’s Day, Mothering Sunday, Easter, and Christmas, 31st of December. Up to availability of the restaurant if not on exclusivity for a group lunch or dinner.

-Reservation is compulsory and to be registered and confirmed by our team ( 266.71.72)

-Scott will issue a Voucher with a unique code and sent by email 48 hour pervious any reservation for same
